Together with our insurers, we regularly assess our products to ensure they're still valuable to our customers. During our most recent review, we identified the travel benefit we offer as part of our international health insurance plans, may no longer provide the value we anticipated.
Following our findings, we stopped offering the International Travel Plan to new customers - either as an optional benefit, or as part of our Prestige and Prestige Plus plans - from 5th January 2023.
From 1st April 2023, we’ll no longer offer travel benefits as part of any renewing global health plan. This change doesn’t affect your client’s private medical insurance cover, and they can still to use their travel benefit, within policy limits until their next renewal after 1st April 2023.
