An update to our provider network

PUBLISHED: 13 February 2023 | LAST UPDATED: 19 June 2024

There are some medical providers who we won’t pay for treatment. These may be providers who don’t meet our billing criteria, or our insurer panel choose not to recognise.

A list of providers where we won’t authorise treatment, or reimburse customers who’ve paid for treatment themselves, is now available for your clients to download from their online account

If your clients haven't registered for their online account, they can call our Personal Advisors 24/7 for the list of unrecognised providers.

We always encourage your clients to call us before they go for treatment, so we can pre-authorise their claim, and check we’re able to pay the facility or hospital before they’ve had their treatment.

Your clients can continue to access quality care at medical providers all around the globe with their AXA plan. The AXA Select network covers over 1.9 million hospitals, clinics and treatment facilities worldwide1, where we can usually pay bills directly.

For more details, please get in touch with your AXA representative. In the meantime, you can visit our provider finder tool to search for hospitals and specialists where we’ll settle customers’ bills directly, quickly and simply.
