If you’re an intermediary who has current Terms of Business with us and you’ve not already done so, why not register today for access to your online intermediary account, a dedicated portal to help you manage your client portfolio - at a time that suits you.

How can your online account benefit you?

Well, simply put, intermediary online provides you and your team, a quick, easy and secure way to manage your client portfolios.

Once you've registered your company, you and any assigned users can:
  • Search for and manage a client existing plan
  • Download reports relative to your client's policies
  • View premiums paid or due, simplifying credit control functions
  • View and download commission statements (for assigned users)

And if you're the lead intermediary, you can add and manage additional users along with access rights.

Ready to get started?

1. Email us or contact your AXA representative who’ll send you the registration form to set up your companies account.

2. Once the lead intermediary has completed our registration form, which can be signed electronically, we can get you set up. They'll also need to confirm they and any users have read the Terms and Conditions of use.

Just to note, any users added to the registration form at application will be lead users. They'll have full access to all aspects of the portal, and they'll be responsible for adding and deleting any users.

3. Then simply return your registration for to us and we'll let you know when your account is ready.

4. The lead intermediary will receive an activation email with username and password set up link. Your AXA representative will also send you a useful user guide if you need any tips.

Please do remember to activate your account within 24 hours or the link will expire. If you've added any additional users to your registration form, they too will receive an activation email and prompted to read and Terms and Conditions of use before logging on.
