Ready to get started?
1. Email us or contact your AXA representative who’ll send you the registration form to set up your companies account.
2. Once the lead intermediary has completed our registration form, which can be signed electronically, we can get you set up. They'll also need to confirm they and any users have read the Terms and Conditions of use.
Just to note, any users added to the registration form at application will be lead users. They'll have full access to all aspects of the portal, and they'll be responsible for adding and deleting any users.
3. Then simply return your registration for to us and we'll let you know when your account is ready.
4. The lead intermediary will receive an activation email with username and password set up link. Your AXA representative will also send you a useful user guide if you need any tips.
Please do remember to activate your account within 24 hours or the link will expire. If you've added any additional users to your registration form, they too will receive an activation email and prompted to read and Terms and Conditions of use before logging on.
