So whether you're feeling unwell, have a general worry you'd like to talk about, or just need clarity on something like vaccination requirements, simply book an appointment. To make an appointment, access your account through the Virtual Care from AXA portal or download the Virtual Care from AXA app and select the Virtual Doctor service. Then you can simply choose a phone call or video consultation.
You can always speak to a doctor in English, Spanish and Mandarin. And if these aren’t languages you speak, don’t worry, there are many more available, just ask when you arrange a call back or video consultation and the team will do their best to help.
Arranging an appointment couldn’t be easier, just call or use the app to request a call back or book a video consultation. And don’t worry if it’s out of hours or in the middle of the night, you can arrange for a doctor to call you back 24/7. Or for a video consultation between 08.00 and 00.00 GMT Monday to Friday.
