Since October, we've offered individual and SME customers who live in the UK or Channel Islands, free access to our Nutrition service pilot1. This pilot will be paused on Monday 18th April 2022.
What is the Nutrition service?
The Nutrition service gives customers telephone-based access to qualified nutritionists for various nutrition goals they might have. So far, we've had great feedback from customers who've taken part in our pilot with Teledoc Health2.
What happens next?
From the 18th April 2022, we'll pause the service while we analyse feedback and review cases. This insight will help us tweak the service so that when we launch it to our whole member base, it's exactly what it needs to be.
