We work with an independent third-party to provide customers with access to virtual health services – like Virtual Doctor, Mind Health and our Second Medical Opinion service.
The provider of these services, Advance Medical, are changing their name, and will be known as Teladoc Health from now on. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be updating our product and sales literature to reflect this.
Please be reassured that this change won’t affect the service your clients receive, and they’ll still be able to access the services in all the same ways as they may have done in the past.
