Digital membership cards can now be found in the ‘Policy Information’ section of customers’ online accounts – where they can be saved, shared, printed, or added to the wallet in customers’ smartphones.
In the future, we won’t be sending printed policy documents and membership cards to new customers. Instead, we’ll direct them to their online account to download their policy documents digitally, and save their card in a way that works for them.
For details of the options available to them, encourage your clients to visit their online account, or share this handy guide with them.
Moving to digital membership cards means we’re able to significantly reduce our paper and plastic waste. Where possible, we’d like to encourage all of our customers to go digital with us by downloading their membership cards.
If you have any questions about your clients’ online account, or want to know more about our digital membership cards, please get in touch with your AXA representative.
