Speak to a psychologist

Activate your Virtual Doctor account today

If you’ve not used the service before, you’ll need to activate your access to the Virtual Doctor service. It’s quick and easy. Simply activate your account online at virtualcarefromaxa.com or download the Virtual Care from AXA app available for both Apple and Android devices. You’ll need your customer number (not including the INTL). Then you can book a video appointment or request a call back right away.

* If you’ve bought an individual policy for yourself and your family, you’ll have access to this service straight away. If your policy is provided by your employer, you’ll need to check your healthcare hub to see whether this service has been included.
