If you’ve not used the service before, you’ll need to activate your access the Virtual Doctor service. It’s quick and easy. Simply activate your account online at virtualdoctorfromaxa.com or download the Virtual Doctor from AXA app available for both Apple and Android devices. You’ll need your customer number (not including the INTL). Then you can book a video appointment or request a call back right away.
