2 You do not need to pay or claim for a consultation, but you will be charged for the cost of the initial phone call when using the call back service. You won't be charged if you request a call back using the app or online portal.
3 Virtual Doctor consultations are available in Dutch, Arabic, Danish, English, French, German, Spanish, Spanish (Mexican), Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese (Portugal), Chinese and Russian. Video appointments in Singapore are only available in English.
4 Prescriptions are subject to a thorough medical evaluation, validity/acceptance will vary depending on the country location of the patient. They are never guaranteed in all cases.
