Cancer support

If you’re going through cancer, you’ll have a dedicated case manager by your side who will get to know you and your treatment. They’ll guide you through every step of your claim, liaise with your specialists, and offer personalised support. 

Evacuation and repatriation

If emergency hospital treatment isn’t available locally, we’ll arrange quick and safe transport to a trusted provider for the urgent care you need. Don’t worry, once you’re medically ready we’ll make sure you get back home again too.

Virtual Doctor service

Whether it’s a sore throat that won’t shift, back pain slowing you down or a new lump you want to talk about. The Virtual Doctor service2 is your place to turn to when you’re unsure.

Mind Health service

We know life has its ups and downs but no matter how small, you don’t have to carry it alone. The Mind Health service3 connects you with professionals who care. For up to six sessions, you'll be heard and helped by a qualified psychologist.

Second Medical Opinion service

If you’re unsure about a diagnosis or treatment plan, the Second Medical Opinion service4 gives you access to an independent review from a global specialist. They’ll provide helpful insights you need to make informed decisions about your diagnosis and treatment options.

Getting started is simple

  • Download the Virtual Care from AXA or AXA Global Healthcare app from your Apple or Google Play store. Alternatively, visit the Virtual Care from AXA or AXA Global Healthcare desktop portals.
  • Register using your customer number and policy number. If your family’s included in your plan, anyone 18 or over can sign up too.
  • Verify your details, including your email address and phone number.

And that’s it, you’ll have personal expert advice right at your fingertips.
