Islands Health Adapt is our modular insurance product that flexes to meet the healthcare needs of your business and helps look after your workforce.The plan comes with a core level of cover and then you can choose from a range of optional modules.
You can choose to pay in monthly, quarterly or annual payments. If you decide to pay annually, we'll offer you a 5% discount. So, you'll be able to provide your employees care whilst keeping costs in check.

If your employees have a question about their health, they can call or email our 24/7 health support line. They’ll be supported by our team of experienced health professionals including nurses, midwives, counsellors and pharmacists.1
Your team will have access to our extensive medical network. We’ll be able to arrange payment with these providers directly, meaning less paperwork to complete and fewer out-of-pocket expenses.
With access to online solutions, your employees can manage their policy in a way that suits them.
If you select the Outpatient Module, your team will have access to the healthcare payment card to make smaller payments simple.
No matter what modules you choose, your employees will have our Core Module.

You have a choice between three limits. The limit you select is the maximum amount we’ll pay for treatment covered under the Outpatient Module, per person, per year.
The Outpatient module covers your employees for outpatient consultations with medical practitioners, diagnostic tests, outpatient psychiatric treatment, physiotherapy, and Chinese medicine. With this module, your employees will also benefit from our healthcare payment card.
Requires the Outpatient Module to be selected
You have a choice between three limits. The limit you select is the maximum amount we’ll pay for treatment covered under the GP Module, per person, per year.
The GP Fees Module provides your employees with primary care services provided by a general practitioner.
*The paid in full GP Fees Module limit can only be chosen if the £2,500 or paid in full Outpatient Module limits have been included.

You have a choice between three limits. The limit you select is the maximum amount we’ll pay for treatment covered under the Drugs and Dressings Module, per person, per year.
The Drugs and Dressings Module covers outpatient drugs and dressings that have been prescribed by a medical practitioner or nurse.

You have a choice between two limits. The limit you select is the maximum amount we’ll pay for treatment covered under the Dental Care Module, per person, per year.
The Dental Care Module covers your employees for non-routine dental treatment for example, replacing crowns.

The Optical Module covers your employee for one eye test a year (up to £60), prescription glasses and contact lenses.

The Health Check Module provides your employees cover for a health check. This could include checking resting blood pressure, cholesterol tests and cancer screening tests.
*The £500 Health Check Module limit can only be selected if the £2,500 or paid in full Outpatient Module limits have been chosen.
** The £1,000 Health Check Module limit can only be selected if the paid in full Outpatient Module limit has been chosen.
