With over 28 years of experience, Andy is a stalwart in devising sustainable business strategies and managing complex organizations through changing environments.
Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, walking the dog, skiing and watching rugby. He is also a regular player for and Chairman of Eastbourne Hockey Club and is a member of the management board for multi-sport facility in Eastbourne.
