Our international health insurance plans are designed to be flexible but simple, with four levels of cover and plenty of extra options to customise your cover and help keep costs under control.

Cost controls included as standard

We help make quality cover more affordable by including a range of cost control options as standard.

For example, your plan will include:

  • a guarantee that your premium won’t go up at your first renewal if claims stay under a set level
  •  different ways to cover existing medical conditions (underwriting styles)
  •   a range of excess options to cut your costs
  • treatment allowances that you can increase or decrease to suit different employee groups
  • a profit share – money back if your employees’ claims add up to less than 75% of your premium (minus tax and commission)
  • a cap on high-value claims at £35,000 – so we won’t count any amount over that when we work out your renewal premium.

Dedicated support from an experienced account manager

Your dedicated account manager will set up your plan, answer your questions and explain all your options – so you can be sure you’re choosing the best cover levels for your people. 

They can also keep you updated on how your team is using the plan. You'll receive annual performance information reports, plus a dashboard that shows you what your employees are claiming for at a glance.

Simple online servicing

With full online access to your plan, you’ll be able to update details, add and remove members, adjust cover, or take a closer look at your plan whenever you wish, using our smart online portal.
